I reached out to Windows by Toll after discovering that my windows had been improperly installed by another contractor.
From the very first call, despite it being an urgent situation they promptly arranged for an on-site assessment.
Their team quickly evaluated the condition and connected me with Rob, the owner, who personally took over my case. It’s rare to see an owner so hands-on and genuinely invested in a client’s project.
Rob clearly explained what needed to be corrected and why, and followed up with a thorough, professional quote.
We agreed on terms and moved forward within a day.
His crew arrived fully equipped and worked with exceptional efficiency and professionalism throughout the installation. When I requested aluminum trim instead of wood texture, they custom-fabricated everything on site with impressive craftsmanship. Additional siding was also required, which Rob handled seamlessly at a fair and reasonable added cost.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with this company. Rob and his team exemplify integrity, expertise, and true professionalism. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing window installation work.

I'm a perfectionist and am hard to please, but Windows by Toll did a perfect job, and I was super pleased by the quality of their work. They were attentive to detail with every step of the process. Also, their prices beat all the other competitors!

I highly recommend working with Chris Kelly, and the entire Windows by Toll team. The first conversation I had when looking at windows was with Renewal by Andersen, and there could not have been a bigger disparity with how they do business, compared to Windows by Toll. It was an easy yes to move ahead with Windows by Toll once we finalized the project to replace windows and a door.
The installation team did an amazing job, it didn't even look like they had been in my house despite ripping out/replacing eleven windows.
There was an issue with the window order (not their fault) but the team went above and beyond to ensure that was sorted out.
Thanks to Chris and the entire team. I'll work with them again for any future needs.

Windows by Toll far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail during my consultation, the skill of their installers was the best. I even received 2 visits from the owner of the Company, who was very detail oriented, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Windows by Toll. We had a front door installed, and we are complimented on it often. Thanks again

We love our new windows! The service with Windows By Toll was fantastic. No high pressure sales. They were very patient with me! The rooms are so much warmer now! They worked efficiently and cleaned up well after. Great service. Thank you Chris!

Absolutely the most professional, clean, efficient, and quality job i have ever seen from a window replacement company. The quoting process was also timely, informative, and concise. Best price, best quality, and best craftsmanship. I have done many window replacement jobs on various other properties with other companies but I will not be using anyone else ever again.

Windows by Toll did an exceptional job installing a number of replacement Marvin windows in my house. The window replacement was done with great care and skill. The old windows had lead paint on them, and Windows by Toll made sure to utilize lead-safe practices during the project to mitigate any lead contamination. Windows by Toll also did a fantastic job doing the exterior and interior trim for the windows. We are very happy with the job that Windows by Toll did.

I had a great experience with Windows by Toll from start to finish. They replaced a dozen sliding glass doors plus another four windows, all custom. The sales and quote experience was great. Options were very clear and Erik made some recommendations that turned out awesome. When it came to installation time, the team was terrific. They walked through everything that they were doing, always showed up on time, were very tidy, properly protected everything inside and cleaned up every day throughout the project. Rob was terrific to work with, very patient and highly responsive to questions as installation progressed. An overall great customer service experience! Am very pleased with the final project outcome and the professionalism of everyone along the way gave me great confidence. The custom sized nature of the windows did require a long lead time but definitely worth the wait. Would happily work with the team again for future projects and recommend.

Repeat customer here. Toll replaced some kitchen windows for us in 2021, and we brought them back in 2022 to replace French doors and a very large and very old steel frame window. The windows (Marvin Elevate) are beautiful, the installation crew was great, and Toll is helping us work with Marvin on a manufacturing issue with our French doors. We're planning to schedule some more work later this year.
